Hi Asivad Anac
i Have a concern
I have submitted my Pr Application
i am a cec PNP inland applicant
I created my first EE profile in May 2015( had 8 months of experience from previous employer and almost 4 months from current employer But I was not actually eligible for ee at that exact date, because of that month only thing in work history, but my profile was eligible.
I had already applied for regular PNP stream
But In July 2015 I realized that I could apply for EE PNP, so i sent the forms to PNP to consider my application for EE PNP category.( I was eligible for EE and also EE PNP at that time)
so i got nomination on December 10 2015.

But then I deleted my EE PROFILE thinking that CIC might consider it a misrepresentation that I was not eligible for EE when i created profile. ( later i realized that they check your eligibility based on the info in the profile on the date of ITA)
So later i created new profile, in Jan 2016 last week, got my nomination transferred to new profile in Feb 2016 last week and got ITA on march 9 2016.
in my new profile i removed my work experience from previous employer, because i was not claiming any points for that.
so by removing previous work experience in new Profile Created Jan 24 2016
I was still eligible at date of creation of my EE profile
I was eligible when i got the nomination transferred( Feb 2016)
i was also eligible on the date of ITA (March 9 2016)
But
According to my new profile( Because of removing previous experience) i was not eligible for EE PNP on the date (December 10) when i originally got nomination in my previous profile.

I Did not explain this in LOE, but i did provide my previous profile number in LOE

Should i be concerned about this, Should i send a CSE explaining this ?
Thanks in advance for the suggestion

A complicated and roundabout way of doing things for sure! But nothing essentially wrong with your application. Your PN eligibility was essentially determined, in part, by evaluating that experience which doesn't exist in your current profile but that is alright as your PN is valid under your current profile AND that previous experience would still be a part of your application under Personal history. No further explanations required here. If anything, the nominating province wouldn't have transferred the nomination to your current profile if there was something amiss. The fact that they did transfer the nomination indicates that your current profile is alright.

All the best!

Hello seniors I really need your help .
As I got Ita -April 6 cec inland
Almost done to submit my documents . I have a little confusion with company name . As when I created my profile I wrote company name ×××××× ×××× Inc .

However on my reference letter and all pay stubs the company name is xxxxxx xxxxxx 2008 Inc . Is it going to be an issue ? Or I can change the name in forms before submitting documents. As I cannot change name in profile when I created . Please help anyone

Minor detail, not a problem. Edit the company name in your post ITA application prior to submission.

All the best!

You've received a Schedule A request, right? Try and stop obsessing over why they sent you one - it is a very common request. Just provide the required information. Even if you did work in the US while you were on a tourist visa, IRCC can't care less about that. They may ask you to get an FBI report or they may not. Try and avoid creating these hypothetical scary scenarios in your head, relax and send them the required information as truthfully as you can. They don't ask whether you were employed in the US so you don't have to volunteer that information.
Thnx Asivad Sir..Feeling good now.
Ans yes i have recieved schedule A request for my wif(PA) and USA Trip explanation for me!!!

Unlikely. You may want to let it pass under the radar without attracting attention to it.

Do i need to insert LOE for this sir? Thanks
Another question Do i need to include highschool infos in the ita application though we already have degree?

Unlikely. That profile has no immediate relevance to your current application.

Thanks asivad . And do I need to provide LoE or just correct name in post ita form is fine ??

No LoE required, just the corrected name in the post ITA application would suffice.

No LoE required. You don't need to provide high school information under Education history as you have a Bachelors degree.

Hi Mohit
I also got Schedule A request but I didn't notice any section in that form where one can detail about travel history or any trip.
Did I miss something?

Hi Asivad,

Need your advice.

My OINP nomination has nominated on 29th October and it is valid for six month only. Expiring date is 26th April, 2016.
I have submitted my application to CIC in the month of December, AOR date is 5th December, 2015.

I have not heard anything form CIC as of now except medical passed. MY BC is still showing not needed at this time.

I am little worried if CIC will reject my profile after 26th April I even loose OINP nomination.
shall I update the status to OINP for the same. Kindly advice.

Hello Asivad,

Need your suggestion. Our country recently introduced Machine Readable Passport. So, my old passport which was completely unused, was cancelled and I was issued a new MRP. while sending OINP application package I have sent all copies of my NEW passport but left the old passport completely(I guess I messed up there). I had sent my application package back at the end of February that means there is still sometime before I hear from them. So is there anything that I can do to stop my application to be deemed incomplete and sent back to me?? some seniors suggested to send email while some suggested to send the hard copy with LOE. what should I do?? :(

I got my reference letters from my supervisors and they were not stamped, neither did they include their complementary cards. I hope this won't a problem?

Dear Asivad sir,

I had created EE profile with my wife as Primary Applicant. We had 475 CRS and got ITA in March-2016.

Our personal History is as below:

1. My Wife: Residing in a city in Gujarat, India since 2005. After marriage residential address got changed but in the same city. In between 2005-2016 we had moved to another State of India for 9 months but my wife stayed there with me for just 5 months.

2. My Personal History: Residing in the same City of Gujarat, India since 2005. But due to work, I had to Live in a city in Uttar Pradesh, India for 9.5 months.

My query is, do we need Police Clearance Certificate / Police Verification Certificate from both the States of India ?

We submitted our application on 17/04/2016 and got a ,ail stating that our application is cancelled as we did not provide Police Certificate for all residential addresses ?

My wife stayed in Uttar Pradesh for only 5 months. So do we need to get PCC for her also of for mine only ?

I feel frustrated. Getting Police Certificate from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh is almost next to impossible. Entire system is like Jungle there. We lived on rent and no documents are available which can be produced as proof of residence there. We just had an rent agreement with our landlord.

Please guide me in resolving the same.

We are advised to delete our EE Profile and create a new one with new Job Seeker ID. kindly guide us on the same so we can come out of this issue soon.

Thanks with regards.

Even if you update OINP, there is nothing that they can do to influence the processing of your application. IRCC will take their own time to do their stuff.
