Main point is ... if on a later stage they ask me for bank statement I should provide such which does not include months october and november until 10th in it to spare myself all the drama around the incoming amounts.

So my question. If I send this document (it includes dates, names, numbers and the above breakdown of balance only for all 6 monts together not separately) - so if i am asked on a later stage this will be probably AT LEAST month after I submit in march. Are they requesting 6 months statement from the date they place the additional request if any?
6 months counting back from the date you submit your post ITA application.

Well this leaves me with limites choice then... I can prove my husbands money but not the my 8k. They are taken from a different account which me and my mom used. We have a joint loan connected to this account.
Any solution to this problem?

Maybe add more money to my account with gift certificate.. I dont know.

Was that loan taken for POF? If not, you don't have to worry about other consumer loans. You will have to provide clean sources of funds for that 8k amount to prove that this amount isn't borrowed. Or get your mother to give you a signed self-declaration that she is gifting those 8k funds to you and that this isn't a loan which needs to be returned to her. That will work as well and you won't have to disclose your mother's source of funds to CIC.

This 8k was taken from the account with out loan ... it has been left from the load but the loadn itself was taken for a house renovation.

If I can prove additional 15k different from those is this going to be ok?
My uncle offered me to give those money to me for me to live well at the beginning... sorrt I am writing here while I am speaking to him on the phone :)

No matter what funds/account you submit as POF, CIC needs bank statements only for 6 months counting back from the date you submit your post ITA application.

You are a precious advicer, really thank you for answering my stupid questions..

I have one last clarification.
I keep apart my 8k and neglect them completely. I will use my uncles 10 k cad and my husbands 12k (8k in cad).

What should I provide?
Can I provide 6 month balance + the gift certificates? Is this enough?
Can i do only with those without the statement... i have difficulty obtaining that so if I can provide those two docs and they are sufficient it will be great.

The money which were transfered cash - hpw should they be writen into the gift certificate?

Hi Asivad Anac

I have a confusion in taking a decision and need your suggestion.
I submitted my OINP application on Oct 29th 2015 and still haven't received the AOR and I'm expecting to get it by end of this month as 2.5 months have already passed since I submitted the OINP application. Currently, I have a CRS score of 450 in EE and most likely to get an invitation in upcoming draws.
So, my confusion is that is it possible that If I can withdraw my OINP application now and get my refund (paid by DD). If yes, then should I withdraw or continue to hold the OINP application because who knows if the draw will come to 450, although there r 90% chances of this to happen.

Thank you in advance.

With 450, you're likely to get an ITA in March or later. I don't expect any further draws in Jan and Feb draws are expected to be more of the same as PNs are still rolling in.

If you don't mind living with that uncertainty for a few months, you can certainly choose to ask OINP for a refund while withdrawing the application. Do remember that the stated policy of OINP is that application fee is non refundable.

Thank you for your feedback.
I was just hoping if CIC gonna come up with a draw every week in 2016. Coz if they want to get more people through express entry and reach there quota of approving 75-85k candidates this year, then they can only achieve it if they're coming out with a draw every week.

So the calculation is :-
1500 (Number of Candidates in each draw) x 4 (number of weeks per month) = 6000 candidates a month
6000 x 12 months = 72000 candidates.

But yeah, its just one of many speculations and I hope CIC follows it.

Thank u so much for your valuable feedback.

6 month statements along with gift letters would suffice. Cash as gift is a problem but the best you can do is provide proof of crediting that into your account. That statement along with gift letter would be enough.

All the best!

Unlikely that CIC will double the intake this early in 2016. There has been no official confirmation of numbers yet. Even if such an eventuality does take place, it would be mid-year or later before any draw related changes take effect. Speculations do abound on the forum but hard reality suggests that CIC isn't going to change their algorithm in the near future - 2015 PNs are still rolling in and they haven't met their refugee quotas either.

All the best!

Dear @Asivad
Now extending the mechanics of producing a bank statement of 6months back counting from the date of eAPR from a country different than the home country where personal accounts are.

So post ITA if one has to get the bank statement (6 months) within those 60 available days they'll need to arrange for it from place of stay. When they do that surely it cannot be just before (say a day or two) they can submit the eAPR.

Now my question is what is that allowable gap between the statement date and eAPR filing date? Will 1-2 months be ok, or should it be less?

P.S.:The above question assumes that one needs to provide CIC a copy of the original Bank statement signed and stamped by the bank on their letter head, and printed online statements with eSignatures aren't acceptable to CIC.
