Hi Asivad,

I have a 2 job experience letters. One from from my previous project manager and another from team lead.
The one from Project manager has his business card scanned on letter but is not notarized additionally he doesn't work with the company anymore.
The second letter is notarized and the team lead also work with company but he doesn't have his business card with him as he is onsite and he can't get it with in next couple of months.

Which one should I use or should I attach both of them? Both letters have exact same job description content.

Recommend that you proceed with the notarized letter. Attaching a business card isn't mandatory if the letter mentions contact details of the signatory.

Also, in application details, inn work history section, I am confused for specifying my primary occupation.

I have shown 4 years of work experience with Infosys for NOC 2173 and current 2 years of work with Citi with NOC 2171.

What should I mention? It asks the date when I became eligible for that occupation. So if I mention current occupation as 2171, then I can show date as only from Sept 2013.. Is that OK?or should I show 2173 and date as July 2008?

Choose 2173 as Primary NOC - it will help you with FSW eligibility. Input your year of graduation for the date you became eligible for this occupation.

Hello Asivad Anac, i have a question and a situation to explain.
So i am waiting for my DM after paying my RPRF on Sept 1. my online status says decision made. but it also further explains that CIC send me a corespondance on sept 2.
weird situation is my emails were just disappeared in my INBOX of my regular email address, which can't be recovered after sept 1. so I have no idea whats going with my application.
My CIC still says BC in process. DM not started.

Do you have any understanding about my situation?

ECAS updates about correspondence closely match the dates on which you receive that correspondence in MyCIC. Check those messages again to confirm if the ECAS line about Sep 2 is actually about RPRF or did they want something else from your end around the same time.

Have you tried calling CIC to confirm anything on this front?

Thanks for your reply. i haven't tried calling CIC, as i had no idea that i can actually access my application like this. i tried matching up the all correspondence from CIC and by myself and i don't think i missed my message or request made CIC, cause on MY CIC it still says BC in process. do you think thats why its still in process? may be i missed some requested document, but still i don't see any correspondence other than RPRF.

do you think calling CIC would be a help?

RPRF request is always a good sign that your application meets eligibility requirements. The next step should be PPR.

My application was received by OINP on 16th July 2015,

i waited for 90 days and inquired about my application status on 16th oct 2015,

they replied today i.e 27th Oct 2015 stating :

"Dear Sir/Madam
This refers to your correspondence of October 16, 2015 :
Our records indicate that your application was returned for incompleteness, on September 25, 2015 at the address that you provided on your application."

i still haven't got the package, how can i track it? what postal service do they usually use when returning applications?

i replied to them asking the same, but i doubt they will reply my queries.

Is their a way to find out what did they find incomplete and where is my package now?

As your application is in the DM stage, it should certainly help. If you've checked all your MyCIC messages and there is no additional correspondence that you've missed, there isn't much to do beyond calling CIC and waiting for the PPR.

I am currently in the Express Entry pool with a CRS of 464, I am applying under NOC 1111 and have a BSc in Accounting as well being a Member of ACCA (ACCA has an MRA with CPA). I need your advise is it necessary to have CPA license to get selected under FSW for this NOC or I can still be selected without the CPA considering my above mentioned credentials. Need your urgent advice on this as I heard that NOC 1111 is a regulated profession.

They would typically return this by regular post and that might take a while if you're outside Canada and there is really no way to track it unless OINP give you some reference number or the other. The unfortunate part could be that they could've given you additional time to furnish some missing documentation but that might have run out before the returned application reaches your location. Hope things work out well for you.

I don't have extensive knowledge on that particular NOC but I know for a fact that CIC's decision on your application is determined largely by your CRS score (in addition to POF, medicals, criminal history and the like which are common to all applicants) and the documents provided in support of that. Regulated occupations are a matter of concern for PN programs for sure (even now, some provinces have a list of 'hot' NOCs) but CIC is NOC agnostic as far as EE is concerned. I imagine that your PR decision won't be impacted by these factors but you will need to meet NOC-specific employment requirements after you 'land' in Canada and start looking for a job.

I submitted my application on 24 Oct 2015 after Ita. Yesterday I was requested for schedule A to check Eligibility. My questions are
1. Do I need to submit it only for the principal applicant or spouse as well. Spouse is not mentioned in the request letter.
2. I am short of rows in the form in the personal history section. Shall I add an annexure or skip one part by clubbing the dates.
