Okay, my current final decision status: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made"

i tried calling on 6139444000 and followed IVR instructions, when selecting the option to connect to an agent, the IVR said this option is not available for you.. (may be because am calling from outside of CANADA) can somebody explain me a way to contact CIC? am a PNP Outland

Yes, this changes after you have the PPR and get your PP stamped, it will most probably change to "application approved"
