Hi Asivad

Since there is no calculator for FSW (like CRS) I treid to do that manually using the FSW link and I pretty much getting more than 80 i.e Age 18-35 , Bachelors (ECA done) , 3 yrs of work experience in Canada. BAND 7 - IELTS , International Work experience , Job Offer from Canadian company , Already on Work permit etc.

Just to inform that my CEC critera is also MET. But got invite under FSW.

I have the relatives in Canada but far off ( I don't have passport or any documnet to showcase common family name or parent ) . My parents , grandparents don't have passports etc..

You can safely remove the relative from your application. If you keep them in there, you will be prompted for documentation.

You can also continue with the relative and provide whatever documentation you have and the officer will simply not award you 5 points for that particular section which wouldn't impact the rest of your application as you would still have more than the required minimum of 67 points.

This is hepping with me second time my application got updated and then i got email that my acc is updated but nothing happend first email i got On 30 spet and second i got yesterday but nothing happend not in my cic or in ecas i m so worried and my bg is not started yet i am so confused should i order GCMS notes please advice

Thank you for all your help with regards to my application, I really appreciate help. I am just getting ready to submit my application as I have 4 days to my deadline. I have a question regarding my education qualification, as of now I have uploaded just my ECA and degree certificates which totals to 6 pages. My question is do I need to also upload my transcripts? if I do I will be uploading about 20 pages in all and I don't want to piss of the visa office by overloading him/her with documents.

What is you take on this?

Those updates only mean that someone is accessing your application - it need not lead to a status update each time. You should certainly consider ordering GCMS notes - there is zero downside to ordering those.

Thanks alot asivad i have one more question that is certainly killing me ..so i applied for my AINP last year 2014 and yesterday i got a call from immigration i asked him that this is for my AINP he said yes so he questioned me about my job hours of work my wage etc etc then he asked me about some bank transactions that happend in july 2015 so this thing strike me that how could he come to know about my lates transactions ,is that possible that they can go through my back acc.or that was acctuly from cic as i submitted my POF in express entry i am cec lmia applicant..

Please help me out from this asivad

1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 24, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 24, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on August 25, 2015.
4.Medical results have been received.
5.We sent you correspondence on October 8, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

No(5) was in Number 4 position, but when the PPR request came and I paid on 9th October w/out any delay. After that on 11th Night I checked and noticed the (4) Medical result update.

But the (5) Still not changed though I have paid the FEES and CIC sent me the PDF confirmation which I have uploaded to my Application and uploaded.

Now seeing my status , what you say? Is this going with the flow and normal?

I have a question. I submitted my EE application and got my AOR on 25th Aug. After that in September my company asked me to apply for US L1 visa which got rejected on 8th Oct.
Do I need to inform CIC about it or not required as I initiated the US visa process after submitting my application?

This is normal. Wait for a few days and they might update that line.

Thanks asivad +1. Really really appriciate and i m lmia applicant so question about POF is that nessesary? or what you think asivad can i take this a positive sign...before me my employer got a call too...?

You said you uploaded fees receipt .
Im confused
I paid my both fees together at submission time and also got pdf receipt of fees.
But not uploaded in application because there was no option for it.

Go to our Online Payment webpage

 Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

 Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

 Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

 Click “Submit”

 Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with Visa,

American Express or Mastercard.

Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.

You must upload a copy of your receipt to your MyCIC account.


The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you

choose not to use your visa.

Your response to the above requests is required within 7 days.

There is no need to report this to CIC and this won't impact your PR application.
