Thanks Ashivad,

In self declaration, should he mention that it is Our money and she (who is primary applicant) does not have to return me the money .

Also , do we need to attest and notarize the declaration.

If not this, then could you please tell what shoud be written in self declaration.

Thanks a ton Asivad. :)

Hello Asivad Anac,

I need your help about a subject. Here is my situation.

I have worked from 2011/02 to 2013/12 with NOC 1225 (which makes 2 years 9 months) and previously from 2010/08 to 2011/02 with NOC 1241 (which makes 6 months). These are both B class NOC codes. So these should be counted as "more than 3 years experience" when i enter the values to system.

Eventhough i have CLB 9, i get 25 points from foreign work experince section instead of 50 points.

Can you help me to understand why i cannot get 50 points? there was a system maintenance yesterday, can it be the reason please help.

many thanks in advance

Hi Asivad,

Here is what is on my personalized checklist.

Document: Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple)

You must provide a clear, legible copy of your valid passport or travel document bio data page.

If using your passport, include a copy of the page that shows your birth date, country of origin, etc.

Your travel document must show proof of status (citizenship or residency), as well as photo identification. Your travel document must be issued by a government and include your name, photo, date of birth, document number, and the issue and expiry dates, if applicable. A travel document is used only by individuals who cannot obtain a passport.

Would I be right in thinking all that is required of me is my passport bio data page?

Thanks in advance

Dear Asivad,

Thank you so much for your prompt reply of my queries. Your advices really enlightened my doubts. God bless your generous heart..

By the way, I have another question: My spouse did not finish his Bachelor's Degree and I have not done WES evaluation on it.. On the online checklist generated, there is no Education option on his part to upload his education credentials. Is that normal?

THANK you once again:=)

Hi Asivad,

Would you like to assist with some questions I have on work references please. I have a reference from my previous employer which I used for SINP and was addressed to Saskatchewan but do you think that I can still be use it when uploading ITA additional documents or I have to request for another one. Also with my current 3 months contract in Ireland, can my letter of contract be used as reference as it also states my roles and responsibilities.

Thanks
Yes to both.

Hi asivad
I opened my account for pof last year in september
And I deposited complete required funds in it

I am sending them bank statement since this account was opened

Is there any problem when they see huge deposit in september 2014

The required funds are still stable since the account opened.
You don't need to send them 1 year worth of bank statements. CIC doesn't ask for full financial history. Stick to what is required by CIC.

They want account information including account opening date, current balance, average balance over the past 6 months on a bank letterhead signed and stamped by the bank authorities. If you want to send them bank statements, send them just the last 6 months starting from April 2015 - that's all they ask for. Do not volunteer additional unnecessary information.

You have a clean record on POF exactly how CIC likes it - do not give them any information which they can use to make things difficult for you.

This is exactly what they would write on the self declaration in addition to providing the bank details of this transfer. You will attach proof of this transfer actually taking place by including bank statements showing the transfer between the 1 accounts. All of this is in addition to the POF letter from your bank with all details as required by CIC. No need to attest an notarize this beyond getting your spouse to sign this paper and putting today's date on the declaration.

That's how I would interpret this. Some members attach all pages (including blanks) from their past and current passports. Beats me!

Do you have CLB 9 on each section of the language test? That would be at least 8 in L and 7 in R/W/S.

Perfectly normal. It is not a part of your application so there is no requirement to prove anything here by providing supporting documentation. Without an ECA, their educational credential(s) wouldn't add any points to your score.

Hello Asivad Anac,

Yes, I have L:9, R:8,5, W:7, S:7. So it is two CLB 9 and two CLB 10. But still not 50 points for "foreign work experience" section, just 25 points.

Today, my profile turned to "Profile Ineligible" and "update form" buttons are not available. It is just written "transmitted" in every section of personal Information area. But I am sure that my profile should be eligible since it was like that for 10 months.

What do you think about 50 points? Do you think I should get it?

Thank you for your quick reply.

It appears that you should get 50 points instead of 25 in that section.

Now that your profile is deemed ineligible, you cannot work on it any further and will have to create a fresh profile from scratch. Make sure you use 1225 as your Primary NOC and also confirm if you score at least 67/100 on the FSW grid.

Yes.

It won't be a problem because you'll have only 1 active profile in the system.
