If you're getting a new bank account and transferring money into it, that isn't wrong in itself. You will just need to conclusively prove to CIC (with adequate documentation) that all the money moving into the new account belongs exclusively to you and is not borrowed from anyone. If you can do that, you don't need to wait for 2-3 months.

Of course it will but the account itself is new so there is no point in asking for that. Instead, you will be asked to submit conclusive proof that the money belongs to you.

The bank statement should mention everything that is required by CIC. You will need a good LOE but, more importantly, you will need all possible documentation to prove that the money belongs to you. If you're transferring money from 3 other accounts to this account, you will need documentation to prove that the money in those 3 accounts belonged to you in the first place. If you're depositing cash into this account, you will need documentation to prove that the cash belonged to you in the first place. If someone else is depositing money into this account, you will need documentation to prove that you aren't borrowing this money from them.

Now for proof of funds i have done following things:

My wife is principial applicant Dentist working for privte clinic.
Her salary is 8000 rupees or 190 canadian dollars per month

So as you said i made my wife as joint account holder with me.
I got last 6 months statement from my bank with address, phone number and email id of bank on it. Showing me and my wife as joint account holder .
My minimum balance during any day in last 6 months 26000 canadian dollar.

We r 3 members in my profile my wife(principal applicant), me(accomnying spouse) and my daughter as dependant child

Is the amont ok and statement with contact details of bank ok or there something need to be done more

This looks fine. Just ensure that there aren't any suspiciously large credit transactions in the last 6 months into this account. If there are any suspiciously large credit transactions (say, upwards of 5000 CAD), that would need to be explained with documentation else CIC might assume that those funds could have been borrowed from someone.

If your extension application decision isn't too far away (and your points won't fall below 455 till then), I imagine you can wait it out and submit the EE profile later. If your points will fall below 455 and you're in a hurry, submit it right away and answer truthfully as there is no point in hiding your work authorization status from CIC - they will have it on records.

Let them choose 'Bachelors' for their first degree and '2 or more..' for their second degree.

The individual equivalence should be Bachelors because that is how it shows up in the ECA report. Overall equivalency can be shown as '2 or more..'. Ask them to fiddle around with that section till they get the required points.

A cursory google search reveals that this is a fairly new immigration shop who might or might not be successful at landing your husband a Canadian job opportunity. Nothing on their website reveals any kind of specialization or 'secret' ingredient which differentiates them from most other immigration shops. Plus if they are the cheapest option, that is strange in itself. Any organization which can 'guarantee' job interviews in the Canadian marketplace leading to the elusive LMIA would be charging in thousands of dollars because of the demand-supply gap. I won't recommend this agency but its your call.

Okay...i get it...after asking more about it they z their normal fee is close to 80 but since we have done ecs n Ielts n all they are charging 55plus tax...more over we tried our max to get in touch with hr of many companies...but in vein...not getting a job offer from them ...this consultant is promising in stamp paper of Delhi high court stating above things that they will assist in placements....after getting job offer my hubby can be made primary applicant it seems...my score is 395...which don't give a hope either
