Congratulation Asivad for the COPR.

I am the principal applicant working in Canada with PGWP submitted EE Profile along with my spouse who is also in Canada. I have 439 points. I

got CEC met, FSW not met and PNP not met. My NOC is 2282 (B).

Yesterday I have got letter of interest from Ontario.

If we arrange and submit our documents within 45 days(that is before December 21, 2015); then do the immigration officers will send our documents back saying the noc cap has been already filled for the year? If so, will they refund the application fee $1500?

No NOC caps under OINP. The application will be returned only if it is incomplete. Else you will be placed in the queue and be counted towards 2016 targets.

Do I have to show funds for a family of 2 - $14853 ?
Till date our account balance is nil, but is it ok to make a sudden single transaction of $14853 from my father's account? with the Gift Deed from my father, his net-worth certificate and both of our bank statements.

Though CIC doesn't ask for this from CEC class applicants, OINP needs you to showcase POF regardless. It is perfectly fine to take a gift from your father and submit those documents. In addition to that, you can also submit your job offer letter, pay stubs, bank statement showing salary credits, T4 etc.

Yes.

And should it be worth six months or any bill within the past six months? Thanks!

Any recent bill from the past 6 months would suffice.

Whatever you submitted to CIC would suffice - get a more recent version of the same documents.

I probably will be starting a new job soon but on the application it says one can still update but it doesn't seem to allow me. Is there a way to send changes in personal situations to CIC after submission of ITA.

This is what CIC has to say on the subject.

How much money should you bring?
It is a good idea to research how much it costs to live in the place where you plan to settle in Canada.

Bring as much money as you can to make moving and finding a home in Canada easier. Note, however, that Canadian customs regulations require you to declare if you are bringing more than C$10,000 into Canada. If you do not tell them, you may be fined or put in prison. These funds could be in the form of:

cash
documents that show property or capital payable to you (such as stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills, etc.) or
documents that guarantee payment of a set amount of money, which are payable to you (such as bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders).

Recommend that you carry some amount in cash/travelers cheques for immediate use and you can showcase bank documents for the remaining funds to cover POF requirements. Check with banks in your country who have branches in Canada to explore the possibilities of opening up an account before landing in Canada and transferring monies there as well.

I am trying to apply ExpressEntry and currently working in Quebec since 2014 intended to move to Ontario. When I filled in my ExpressEntry profile under valid Canadian job offer sesion I mentioned my quebec job offer and Limia details, however my score for the job offer part still 0, I am puzzled as if I am doing anything wrong or in general job offer from quebec (or one provincial job offer to other) is not considered valid? I still have LIMIA approval from federal it is called different here in quebec.

Asivad, FSW criteria mention that the work experience has to be within the last 10 years. What about for CRS? I don't think it's a criterion, is it?

I have got some queries on the Documents to be submitted for OINP,

A certified true copy of your degree granted from an academic institution in Canada
I already have got the Original Degree Certificate which has got Registrar sign & University Seal. So is it ok to take copy of the Original Degree Certificate or do we have to approach our University to certify our duplicate copy of the Degree Certificate?

Old Passport & Renewed Passport
I have 2 passports, the old passport which is valid for 5 more months (which has all the visas & stamps) and the renewed passport. I know that we have to take copy of each & every pages in my old passport. Now my doubt is, do I have to take copy of all the empty pages in the renewed passport?

Letter of Explanation: To whom should I address the LOE. If you have any format for LOE please do post it.

Proof of any ties established in Ontario: Except job we dont have any ties with Canada. We can show our job offer & experience letter for it. Is it necessary to provide a letter for it?

Can we mention friends(PGWP Holders) as proof of ties in ON?
We have our family friend(PR Holders) from our hometown here in ON. Is it ok to mention them?

Copy of Work/Employment contracts: Is it applicable only for those who are under Contract jobs or even for Full time employees?

Skilled Work Experience in India
I have got 3 years of skilled work experience in India, for that I dont have any other proofs except experience letter. Is that ok?

Skilled Work Experience in Canada
Have got 2 months of skilled work experience with XXX Services Inc in BC Province, but that Company got Bankrupted a year back. When I approached them for the experience letter, I got the letter on a YYY Financial Group company letter head with YYY Financial Group Company's website & address, which is signed as mentioned below. YYY Financial Group Company is located in ON and not in BC.

Is this ok to provide this experience letter (with my pay stubs & T4)? I have got the Offer Letter from the XXX Services Inc. Do we have to submit it too?

Apart from this currently I am working with another company in ON which is going to be 1 year of skilled work experience within 16 days. For which I can provide Pay Stubs, T4 & Experience Letter.

I am hoping you are a PNP or high score candidate who is for sure expecting an ITA in the next subsequent draw. In that case, you can attend your medical and have your medical results ready. There are several OINP candidates who have taken their medical a week or few days before their ITA and have their medicals passed. So, you should be good.
