That's the problem Asivad. In my entire letter there is no email address mentioned at all. It just says to use vfs India for NDVO or cpc ottowa if i am in Canada. On top it does mention that my primary office is New Delhi.

Confused whom I should contact CPC Ottawa or NDVO? Email or CSE?

Send a mail to NDVO and also raise a generic CSE (choose 'Express Entry') requesting them to allow you to use VFS in Azerbaijan.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry to bother you again.

Right now I am sitting at 394 CRS point and will have my 1 year Canadian work experience in first week of August and was hoping to have increase in my score to 474 after 1 year Canada experience. I have more than 3 years of foreign work experience. I was hoping to use this 3 years work experience for CRS. I was expecting one of my old co worker to give me duties affidavit for one of the job but she is not willing to provide me affidavit. I have worked for 3 companies :-

1) HCL for 2 years - I have got letter from them explaining my duties (2174) , name , title, duration, hours worked and that I was fully paid for experience (Not actual salary). This was a contract full time job. This letter is on letterhead with all contact details. I have bank statement though to prove salary being paid. I think this should be good to go?

Yes.

2) Accenture UK for 18 months - I have got everything in letter except duties. Accenture not willing to provide duties and I have got email from them to prove it. I was hoping to get affidavit from my coworker. She said yes first and now she is not willing to provide it.

You'll have to get someone to help you out here. Without the job duties, extremely unlikely that the officer assessing your application will credit this experience.

3) Indian company for 7 months - I have got everything from them.


Do I have any work around for Accenture UK job? If I do not use this experience my score will be 450 rather than 474. Do you think I can do something about it?

Do you think I am safe with 450 score and use only HCL job for 2 year work experience CRS points. I have work permit till June 2018.

As you have a valid WP till mid 2018, the challenge is that 450 will delay your chances of getting an ITA. Might happen later in the year. Or you'll get additional points for CWE after your next work anniversary. If that Accenture job can be made to count for points, you'll get an ITA much sooner. The other challenge is that there may be tweaks to the EE system (no official announcement on what/when) and that may revise the entire points structure. You'd still be better placed though as you have CWE. So it is a matter of time. Getting that Accenture experience would reduce wait time.

I am planning to apply under CEC after 1 year Canada work experience. I am Software tester and getting salary of 45K. I accepted the salary to get much valued Canada experience. Is salary matter with CEC and am I good to go with CEC?

I worked in Myanmar for about 9months which is less than year. Will that count. Its a permanent role. Yes IELTS i need to .. thinking of taking it again..

I have submitted my FSW application in March. I have been a bit worried that my application will be rejected due to the NOC code mismatch. Just I found another NOC code that matches my job duties better. At this point can I send a CSE to update the NOC code?

I have just paid the RPRF for my spouse and submitted the documents at VFS. But today i got a mail that the processing fees of CAN$550 is pending for the spouse.Kindly pay, post which we will take the further action.

Request you to suggest what to do. I thing we need to pay processing fees for spouse. Should i pay it?? Also i remember i paid $1040 for myself($550+$490) when i applied.

Am really worried I am a seaman and am working on International water for almost 13 years. I board the ship from various ports of which for 7 years I have boarded from USA Miami. I have a C1D visa which is just a transit visa. As per process I am not required to submit a US PCC if I don't stay in the country for more than 6 months. But a friend of mine recently sailing with me was rejected and asked to give US pcc . Can I also be asked for a USA Pcc?

Please help as I am on job offer with LMIA and my LMia will expire by the time my US pcc comes.

Foreign work experience is all non-Canadian work experience (NOC 0/A/B). Other than 9 months in Myanmar, do you have more such experience? If not, those 9 months won't help.

Might be a problem. Only if you're completely convinced that you should've used the other NOC (and that you'll definitely get refused), send a CSE apologizing for the selection of incorrect NOC in your application and request them to amend that. They may or may not honor such a request.

Nobody knows. Let's see if and when those changes happen.

I am not working in field of education though as I am in software testing line. Will it be ok?
