Can I have it writen like this: instead of "I, ..name.., citizen of Canada, hereby declare" to be changed to "We, ..both names.., citizens of Canada, hereby declare" ?

Also, my uncle sent me a history of his balance in the account showing that right before the transfer he has about 2000 CAD more than he sent me .. meaning when he sends me the money this account will be left with 2000 cad only. Do you think this is a problem? If yes, then I think it would be much better to exclude this document because it is not really necessary anyway ...

dear you should amend letter and use words like we, us, with both names.

Include bank statement of 1 year (at least 6 months) of that account.

In my case my dad transferred the money and they (ONTARIO) asked for cheque's copy

Thanks.
I suppose the 1 year or 6 month statement is not for my uncle's account but for mine :)

I am re-writing the declaration, including both bank transfer receipts and the bank history they gave me .. and hope for the best.

Hi Asivad Sir,

For PCC section (post ITA), scan of PCC report given by PSK and scan of passport page (where PCC stamping done by PSK) is sufficient or do we need to upload anything else.

On some other forums, I read that we also need to upload the application receipt which we used for PCC request at PSK along with payment receipt ?

I guess, these are not required. I have already submitted my application but wanted to clarify with you once

Thanks and apologies for killing your time :(

No need to upload the application receipt. The rest is fine.

Hi Asivad, I have a similar situation, my spouse was denied a UK Holiday maker visa in 2008 and there are two statutory questions which seem relevant to this. However, the rejection was done on her old expired passport, she now has a new PP.

Has xyz you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

Has xyz ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Should I have them answered "Yes" for both?

Sorry for bumping the question, but would like to get an answer as I want to submit the app.

yes, you need to answer those as Yes, and attach an LoE with supporting documents for the refusal and its reasons.

Thank you, however as per Asivad a LOE is not required upfront.

Anyway no harm done, either now or then when they send you schedule A.

Would you know what details need to be provided? I don't have any paperwork from then, just remember that they said that funds were not consistent and they believed that the applicant may not come back.

There should be a rejection letter issued by the embassy to you or some stamp (maybe) on your old PP. That should do.

There is a small stamp, but it doesn't say anything about rejection, just mentioned "UK" & "Chennai". So just a scan of that would do? and as for explanation, what do I mention? I had the funds required, but they were very recent, hence the rejection.

yes, attach that stamped page and with the LoE mentioning that the VO wasn't convinced that you will return because of <insert reasons>

Friend, did you happen to launch CSE or submitted any sort of doc/req to CIC in last few days? Even i got an email not like this but with similar subject after i launched a CSE and 2 days after an acknowledgement

yes I did, if that was the reply for the CSE, it's a joke! it's not more than a brochure about their program without any useful info :o

should I still expect a reply for my SPECIFIC inquiry?
