If yes, no worries. If no, your lack of Bachelors ECA will be a problem.

Hi Asivad,

I am in dire need of your expert advise.

My AOR is 8th Oct 2015 and last activity on my application was RPRF on 21st Oct 2015 with meds passed.
I am an FSW-Outland candidate.
After that whatsoever no activity happened on my application.

My GCMS notes generated on 25th Jan 2016 had the last Agent Comments as follows:-
"*** AGENT REVIEW *** POLICE CERTIFICATES R10 OK All police certificates on application; following PC's NRT INDIA AND SINGAPORE (PA AND SPOUSE). EDUCATION DOCUMENTS ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency as MASTERS DEGREE. Credential is consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE Eligibility. SPOUSE'S EDUCATION ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency as MASTERS DEGREE. Credential is consistent with level of education claimed by SP under EE Eligibility. AGE Applicant's age reviewed and no change from ITA to e-APR.

Later File transferred to CPC-Ottawa on 20th Oct due to Workload (re)-distribution.

RPRF bulk request on 22nd Oct"

Also the due date mentioned on the second page is 20th Dec 2016.
Looking at this, I am a bit worried that the officer will not open the file until that date.

I need to look for options now.
Shall I raise a CSE asking them to check if there has been any typo on the due date?

That's not a typo but it doesn't mean that the officer won't look at your application earlier than that. The notes appear to indicate that everything is fine with your application - you'll just have to be patient. PPR around the corner.

It is a pleasure to issue this letter to Mr Dev. Dev has worked with X Software as a full time employee between 14/Jan/20xx and 29/Oct/20xx (9.5 months – 40 hours per week). He again worked with X Software as a contractor between 1/Dec/20xx and 1/Nov/20xx (11 months – 40 hours per week).


Do you see as an issue with my reference letter?

That is a requirement only for LMIA supported job. Not for a regular work reference letter.

I have borrowed from some funds my father after getting ITA and i dont have to return it back.

I have two questions:

1. Who should do the declaration and sign on the gift deed me (I have taken money) or my father (I have given it to my son for CIC fund purpose)?
2. Funds transfer has to be from blood relative and you cant take from your friend or any other colleague ??
3. Is there any limit of funds like half money or full money which we can show that I have taken from my father ???
4. I am planing to get it notarized to be on safer side ... DO we need to take witness sign as well ? Who can sign as witness ???

Hi bro,

I received my ita in Jan 2016 and will be sending my application this weekend. I have couple of doubts if you can guide me through.

1. Proof of funds:

My wife had $17000 in her indian account and she transferred it to my Canadian account and got a notarized copy saying its from my wife and it's not a loan and no repayment required.

Also have 3 credit card and total debt is $2200 so if that's been negated with $17000 I will have less as pof, was thinking will only advice cic if two credit cards, is that ok.


2. Employment letters:

I have overall 3 years experience, 2 years in uk and one in Canada. For the uk employer I have payslips, offer letter, confirmation of employment letter and tax payments made. But donot have the job duties and resp letter. But I have got my senior team leader who currently works there and other colleague to give me a reference letter with job duties. Will this suffice.



3. Wes:

I have 2 year pst grad from Canada and 3 year bachelors from india and masters from uk. But got Wes done only for masters will that be ok.

No gift deed required. Get your father to sign the declaration. Address it 'to whoever it may concern'.

No such condition.

No need for witness signatures.

You'll have to attach proof of fund transfer for both transactions.

Both 'gift' transactions.

In addition to the gift declaration, you also need to prove to IRCC that the funds were debited from the donor's account and credited into your account - proof of actual fund transfer.
