Test on 2018/04/23 Time: 00:00?

I received a notice to appear to write citizenship test, I am confused about the time as the stated date/time:
2018/04/23 Time: 00:00

Does this means after midnight on Sunday 2018/04/22/?

I am trying to call the call center for clarifications.

Correct time should surely be updated in your ECas. But, I would still advise you to call them as well to be 100% sure.

Well it would be either/or, not both. So you're saying that the letter you received by mail has no time? (I thought you were saying that ecas showed no time.)

eCas usually is only 24 hours behind. So, the day they sent you that letter, they posted that info on your profile and next day eCas updates. How come you got the letter already but eCas hasn't updated?

What did they say over the phone?

Please if your test centre is closer take the letter to the test centre, they might help. That is if you can not reach them by phone.
