Temporary work permit while pending PR application review

Hello experts

I have a very specific query

Say if i get a job offer from an employer and using which i get an invitation to apply.

the processing time for PR is easily 4 to 6 months after i submit all the documents.

In this 4 to 6 months time can the employer apply for a temporary work visa for me.

is that temporary work visa have any special benefits (like easy application process) because i have already received an invitation to apply.

I believe you will need LMIA in order for the job offer to help u in Express entry. LMIA itself is a complex process and takes couple of months and lot of paperwork from the employer.

Once u have LMIA, i believe, u can get temporary work permit as well.
