Family ties in Canada...Purpose of visit...Present job...something like that. Actually di po sya SOWP, TWP din sya and nagapply sya as FCA dun din sa resto na pinagttrabahuhan ko now. Pero since hindi pa nya panahon na pumunta dito PLan B kami...apply ko sya as SOWP kaya I'm asking how to start pag ganun. And kung pwede pati yung anak namin na 5 years old makuha ko din and sabay sila...YUp, tama ka habang buhay may pag-asa. God is good

Yes. SOWP ang ginawa ng consultant namin sa application ni wifey kahit may sarili syang LMO. Magiging doble kasi bayad namin sa consultant kung separate TWP application ang ginawa namin. Di ko alam noon na may narereject mapa SOWP or separate TWP application para sa wifey/hubby. Don't worry sunod na kayo.

September pa lang inip na ako at sumulat na ako sa employer ko na i-withdraw yung application namin. Pinigilan lang kami ng employer namin at may nagpautang sa aking worker din dun. Sumulat din ang employer ko sa embassy ang finorward yung email ko. Wala namang reply ang embassy para I think medyo nakatulong din.

Yeah! Enjoy muna ako. Basa basa sa thread para updated at tulungan yung mga mga newbies natin. Malamang after New Year na 'ko umalis dahil magreresign pa din ako sa work pag dating ng Visa namin.

Paramdam naman kayo kung kamusta PDOS at pag alis nyo.

I'm done with my PDOS last Nov.15 and my flight will be on Dec.11 via Japan Airlines (Flight746) and Air Canada.
baka po may kasabayan ako sa inyo dito sa forum ....
thru agency po ako kaya sila ang nag-ayos lahat from medical,PDOS at plane ticket.employer ko ang nagbayad ng ticket.
I'm so thankful sa lahat ng mga helpful tips na nabasa ko dito sa forum at sa contributors na hindi nagsasawang tumulong at mag-share ng kanilang mga experience regarding TWP Application..saludo po ako sa inyo!
sa lahat ng mga naka-receive nang visa CONGRATULATIONS! at sa mga waiting pa lang wag mawawalan ng pag-asa kung para sa iyo ay ibibigay nya...

And how will I know or be assured that my papers or documents are with the Canadian embassy in Manila?
Shared information and/or details will be highly appreciated. Thank you so much.

My timeline is:
July 13, 2012 - pick up date of application
July 31, 2012 - medical request received
August 13, 2012 - medical exam done (Baguio City)
September 10, 2012 - medical papers sent to Manila (according to the clinic I had my medical exam)
Present... - still waiting for news or info from the embassy

according dun sa website na nabasa ko if alberta ang destination under pilotproject nila dapat yung work mo is under NOC O,(manegerial position) NOC A professional,NOC B skilled workers, para makapag-aaply ang hubby mo as SOWP....dadating din ang time na magkksama kau ng buong family mo dyan..sabi nga habang may buhay may pag-asa ;D ;D at kung mabait employer mo tutulungan ka agad nyan..

Oo nga pareng Cabalen,
Parang kailan lang gigil na gigil ako sa visa kaka hintay, ngayun eto hindi ko na din talaga hinintay ng pasko at new year aalis na ako...
Poea ok naman mas maaga mas maganda para makakuha ka ng number sa guard.
1st step.. white long folder lagay mo si LMO, Letter from Canada embassy, contract, passport and visa.. Lahat photo copy and bring the orig for their verification... Yung payment kahit wag muna dalin since after pdos pa yung payment. So after the first step pupunta ka ng owwa for the pdos schedule form/slip.
You will be scheduled pdos the following day. Bring the form/slip in your pdos day! 2hours lang naman... Then, if repatriation is already stated in your contract pwede ka na for the step 2... Pero if not, let your addendum signed by your employer for the repatriation.
Bytheway, addendum letter is given in your 1st step plang if the officer did not find repatriation in your contract... Papasend yun sa employer mo thru mail. (Scanned or pdf file format) then print mo na sya kapag may signature na ng employer mo.. Then attach mo sya sa folder mo kase isa sya sa need mo before going the the 2nd step.
Then 3rd( forms issuance, fill up all neccessary details) 4th(payment) and 5th step (pagibig) procedure.. Then congratulations! Meron ka nang EOC! Daming benifits ng EOC (will be tackled sa pdos)
Goodluck cabalen... Congrats sa baby mo... Kaya lng kapag dumating na si visa mo, iiwanan mo na si baby ... Kaya hangat wala pa enjoy your blessing (baby).

If your contract stated repatriation already.. You will not be needing any addemdum.. But if not, you might be wanting to ask your employer to include it in your contract so that no more addendum should be done and fewer will be spent in your poea visit.
