Temporary Resident Visa

I have a student visa and which is expiring on 31/08/2017 and I have work permit until 2020 year. Right now I am in india. So if I travel to Canada from India after 31/08/2017, do I need Temporary Resident Visa? Or work permit will be considered?

1. You need a valid TRV to enter Canada.
