I want a temporary job opportunity and temporary working permit to work in Canada.

Can any employer in Canada hire me directly from Uganda to work in Canada?
And can provide me with temporary working permit for a short term like 2yrs?
I can work in a factory, I can give great services as support staff, I can work as a construction helper and many others.
