Temporary Foreign Worker - Dependent Refused Silly Mistake - Info / Help Required

Hello everyone,

I had applied under Temporary Foreign Worker Program (LMIA) with my wife as a dependent. During the application, the first name of my wife was incorrect which I realized when she got her biometrics request. I raised a webform to correct my wife's name and didn't give biometrics. Regardless, there was no update for webform and my wife's application was rejected. What are my next possible options? I have a request for medical test now. Should I wait till my decision is made and reapply for my wife again if my application is approved or are there any other options that I can do right now? Any suggestion is appreciated. TIA.

A new application is required for your wife. You can do that now or wait until your application is approved. That's really your choice.
