I had my TEF results with each subject below:
- Listening & Reading: B1
- Speaking & Writing : B2
It is possible to apply Quebec immigration or PNP in this case?

I got Master of Economics & Management (public economic) from France and another MBA (Business administration) from Vietnam.
Up-to-date, I am nearly 45 years old and have enough work experience during the five years preceding the application date.
