yadav if you are on visitor visa in canada .and applying for work permit then your work permit application goes to out side canada...it goes to new yourk visa office.

first of all when you applied for your work permit extention at that time did you have valid work permit ? i mean you work permit got expired in december 2015 and when did you applied for your work permit extention?? exect date?

how can we reopen the case?? we only have option to reapply, it is clearly written in the latter that if your situation changed and you think that you can setisfy the visa officer then you have to pay the new visa fees and you always can reapply..

dont wrry, u dont need TRV for canada and us visa not needed, as long as you have valid study permit then you are good to go..i had same case as you,, no trv and no us visa but went to a border and got work permit from there.... dont wrry ,
