no i would try to work with the parent to see the child on hoildays but the op was saying the father does not pay child support and the child does not stay with father only see dad during 3 days a week and she has sole custody

As a PR (you mentioned that you've got your PR card), you need to be in Canada to start the PR application for your son.

Finally there is a clarification regarding my son's custody. His father has agreed upon signing the documents to take him to Canada.But, he has met with an accident recently.So, he is not able to sign the document. Will the IRCC accept thumb impression? If so what all documents should I collect before proceeding?
