Yes you need IELTS for caregiver program and ECA. Assume you have job offer to apply to caregiver program and pilot is closed until 2022.

Hi, thanks for your question. We provide overall score and a band score for each session on the test report form. I invite you to visit this site to find out more about the score details:

https://www.ielts.org/en-us/for-organisations/ielts-scoring-in-detail

If you are self-learning and need to focus on writing and speaking, there is a practice test you could use to get detailed feedback report for all sessions; it is conveniently accessible from your computer and from home. Please check IELTS Progress Check information below:

Good day Sir/Madam,
I had these scores in IELTS general exams, Speaking....7.0 Wrtiting.....6.0, Readind....5.5, Listening....7.0. Overall Band Score.... 6.5, CEFR....B2
Does this qualify me for express entry application?, if no, what is the average score required for each session of the exam?

Thank you in advance...
Regrads,

No, you are short of 0.5 in reading. It is the individual scores that matter. You have to get at least 6 in each of the sections - Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking to be eligible for Express Entry.

Be warned that 6666 LRWS is only the bare minimum requirement - you will NOT get a decent CRS score with the minimum IELTS score. To maximize your CRS score, you need a CLB-9 (8777 LRWS).
