IELTS For Express Entry: do I need to retake if I have been studying and working in Canada?

Hello dear forum members,

I am uncertain about this aspect of Express Entry. Searching the web didn't really bring any definitive results.

I took the Academic test in September 2012 because it was a requirement for going to study in Canada. Since then, I graduated from the Canadian college and am now working full-time on a PGWP doing freight forwarding (NOC 1215).

My results expired in Sept 2014. However, I found this curios piece of info on ielts.org:

Organisations will not usually accept a Test Report Form that is more than two years old unless you provide evidence that you have actively maintained or tried to improve your English since taking the test.
Logically, living, studying and working in Canada should count as "actively maintaining" English. Nonetheless, logic and CIC don't always go together, so I'm wondering if anyone could help me with this question.

Do I need to re-take IELTS for Express Entry, or should my Graduation letter / transcript and job offer be proof enough?
