No, I am closed wp as well where it states toronto only, no address of my firm at all. Same to all my other colleagues, which is why I don't understand why there is address in the wp.

Raj and i were room mates.i have seen his
Work permit .it says the companys name thats it
I have worked in the same industry ..here how they do their pay roll
13 gas stations have 13 managers
And 13 managers have their own employees
So 13 locations goes to the one owner who
Sends the hours to ceridan ( payroll company)
Sometimes if any one call in sick so they get someone
Else to do the shift ..so the employee get 2 paychqs from
Different locations

If you download a LMO application its asks some think like

"at what address will your temporary foreign worker be"

to be honest it wouldn't make sense for the TFW to work at multiple locations, the LMO is just too strict to permit it!, that's the whole point of the LMO in the first place

The LMO is based on demographics i.e, when HRSDC is processing the application they take the 'specific area' into consideration'

and the area cant be the whole of Toronto or GTA LOL, it has to be specific

To me that just doesn't make sense

That goes against exactly what an LMO is, as I just mentioned in my last post

Suvan, unless you believe we are lying, mine just state TORONTO, that is it. You should not be surprised that different descriptions on different wps with exact same background done by government. It happens!!! There is no one for all rules!

Does all t4 have same company name?
One Employer can have 13 gas station but all might have different company name like xxx inc., yyy inc., zzz inc.
If your workpermit has company name xxx inc. and u have t4 for yyy inc and zzz inc. then it may create problem even if all company owned by same person.

As I've said before I don't care if I get -'s but just because I'm stating the bloody rules set out from CIC people don't like it and start crying like babies because they don't want to hear it

Surly you should have only one t4 if they operate with the Same business number , so that should mean only one t4

If you have numerous t4's, that doesn't sound right to me

Any way I've had enough,

Suvan, please do not be confused. An LMO is a document from the Gov of Canada that permits your employer to hire a temporary foreign worker. Work Permit on the other hand is a permit authorizing a foreign worker to work in Canada for a specific employer and specific location.

"LMO" for the Employer
"Work Permit" for the worker

So as a foreign worker, your only concern is your work permit. If your work permit says you can work in Toronto (you can work anywhere in Toronto) for the same employer.

By the way, I am pretty sure the location is based on a City.

Company name is same on both documents work permit and t4,there is no adress on t4s just company name
