T4 and Assessment letter

I am planning to apply under CEC this month, I have all documents ready with me.

I have my T4 and assessment letter for year 2011 and T4 for year 2012. I haven't filed 2012 return yet, hence no assessment letter.

Can anyone tell me, if I need to submit only 2011 T4 and assessment letter or should I also include 2012 T4. I don't want to delay my application submission just waiting for 2012 assessment letter.

There is no specific requirement in CEC to submit T4 / NOA for the current year. All that is required is the latest T4 / NOA. You are good to apply. As and when you get the new ones, you can always scan and email them quoting the AOR.

Also, include a letter stating that your notice of assessment for 2012 will be forwarded when received.

One query, if my address on T4 and pay slips are different than the address on my lease agreement or other bills, than will it make any difference/ Please suggest.

What matters on your T4 / pay slips is the name of the employer. Your address on it will not make any difference.
