Sydney NS CIO contact number

Hi guys,

I sent my PCC for my AINP application in Sydney as requested by them last March 31,2014.It was received as per my tracking number.I sent them an email informing that my other PCC from Singapore might be delayed a bit because Singapore have sent it directly to Sydney via regular mail.They received my Singapore PCC onApril 14,2014
This morning, 38 days after I sent that email,they replied and said that my PCC haven't been received yet by their office.I am not sure if this was really accurate as the time that was indicated was 4:44 am ( Sydney NS time would be 7:45am ).I also read in some post that there are updates in ECAS at 1 am.I was thinking of calling them to verify this information as 3 of my PCC all of them is very difficult to obtain was sent.

Anybody knows a direct phone number I can call? :'(

May I know how you settle issue then??
Did THE CIO get your PCC finally?
I sent my Singapore PCC to CIO last month. But no any response and updated from CIO yet!

I sent them Sydney and Ottawa an inquiry few weeks back and only Ottawa replied last week saying that they don't have my PCC's yet but If I have complied with their request to send all PCC's then I don't have to send anything.If in case they would need some more docs then they will get in touch with me.

As long as you send it to the proper office then all you have to do is waist.that's the only thing to do.

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I sent the original PCC from Singapore to CIO at Sydney directly at July 28.
As the Singapore sent the letter to my home address before. I haven't get any information from CIO about it until Now.
Please update to me if you get any information from CIO. Thanks a lot.

I got a reply from Sydney after 42 days telling me that my files are now in Ottawa.

My file was changed into In process at Sep 15,2014 after CIO reply me said they got my PCC.
