Switched stream in Class XI ? A Gap ? Any help is appreciated :)

Hi guys, I am new to this forum.
My Profile

10 = CGPA 10

12 = 94 % (Commerce Stream)

IELTS = 7.5

Initially , i completed Class XI in Non-Medical and passed it [no failure or backlogs in any subject] , but because I didn't like the subjects much , i switched my stream to Commerce and completed Class XI in it.

As a consequence there is gap of 2 years between my Class 10 and Class 12 certificates.

Shall i mention it in SOP ? What should i do about it ?

Shall i only attach Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets , or add Class XI marksheets of both streams to it.

Please help.

Hello Dude,
Nothing to worry much now , never forget to mention about the gap of 2 years ! Or else you are likely to get a call from CiC asking for the reason for Gap!! Do produce your 11th standard certificates and reasons why u switched to commerce stream!

My case is exactly the same, since you were below 18 it does not matter much, I hadn mentioned about my failure I just gave the certificate of the exam I had cleared and I had received a call from chc after one week of visa application asking about the gap.
And yet i got my visa on Thursday as long as U have no breaks or backlogs after that and your grades are good that's all matters as per my experience
