Surrey office huhhhh anyone has the same situation as me?

my friend from surrey applied oct 2014 and they will have their exam this end of the month. pretty much fast huh
Was his file transferred to Surrey or Vancouver, because there are people who live in Surrey and yet their files were transferred to Vancouverhoping_canadian said:

Application since june 2013 - getting close to 2 years now
can we ask the cic to stop making prejudices in timelines at different visa offices.
It needs to be determined if this is done willingly or just given a blind eye by higher authorities.
As per constitution all new immigrants are equal and there should be minimal to very less variation in timelines at different visa offices.
This is kinda big partiality if people from may 2013 are waiting at some visa offices and people from dec 2014 got test or citizenship oath at some offices.
Or can we request some higher authority like minister to resolve this issue as it is depriving people in economically growing sections of cities like surrey

Hey guys, i have some updates, i called them today and the agent told me that my file was updated last Wednesday because CIC surrey updated my Immigration Clearance report (idk what it is).......so the agent said everything is settled down and it wont takes too long to get scheduled for ceremony....... Do you guys have any update??
I just called 10 minutes ago and I was told that I have not been scheduled for the ceremony yet. However, I should expect to be contacted anytime from now till October this year(24 months from when I submitted my application).
Sigh...I don't understand why our cases have to wait more than 5 months and still haven't received anything yet. I am the routine application, they never ask me to provide any additional document and lots of ppl who r taking the test even later than us already have the passport....
yea i know this is bs.There should be more accountability. I always thought that after the test it didn't matter weather or not you were asked for any documents or how long it took, they must either schedule you in for a ceremony within six months.
