Congratulations! Have you received the two invitations in the same mail (letter) or two different letters, was it a coincidence that you two arrived the same day, or CIC linked the cases together? Because I have similar situation I applied in July 2014 nothing yet, and my wife applied 6 moths later! so both applied separately. I'm wondering if they are going to process us separately or link applications together?

Hi hmuath,

We received two letters on the same day though they were written on separate days, Apr. 8 and 9. I'm not sure if they relate one application to the other but somehow i think, they did so because we were not expecting the notice for my son yet. How come, the two letters were made almost the same time? I can only guess

Finally, received test invitation on June 8th, even though my office is Surrey, I've received the invitation from Vancouver and the test is going to be in Vancouver.

We sent you a notice on May 26, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on June 10, 2015 at 12:00 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment.

Well my husband just got his test invite (yellow piece of paper) in the mail yesterday, printed May 29th. ECAS is not updated yet. Test date is June 26 in Surrey.

1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 2, 2015.

2.We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 11, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

3.We started processing your application on March 13, 2015.

4.Your file was transferred to the Citizenship Surrey office on April 16, 2015. The Citizenship Surrey office will contact you.

5.We sent you a notice on May 29, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on June 26, 2015 at 8:03 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment.

I received my test invitzation notice in the mail yesterday !

The letter was dated May 22, 2015. The test is scheduled for June 22, 2015. My local office is Surrey but the test will be in Vancouver
