SUPPLEMENTRY FORM (employement history)

in supplementary form there is a column in which v have to mention about our or our parents last 10 years of employement history....
but in case if my real uncle sponsors me rather than my parents then wat will i suppose to do ??????? i have to give details about my sponsor's employement or my parents(who r not my sponsor) ????????????????
