Found this in a search for what appears to be a non existent 2018 version of imm5562. This link is no help as the only versiopn of imm5562 is from 2004.
After I got my PR in Canada, I moved back to my then-country of residence (USA) for a year before I came back to Canada permanently. I think, this is depending on the days you lived in USA and Canada. If you lived 183(or 180 - please verify for exact source) days in a tax filing year in USA then you are deemed as a resident of USA from tax perspective.A
