Hi Guys, I got the passport request letter today. I noticed that my passport should be valid at least for 12 months from the date of this letter but unfortunately, it is valid for 11 months and 24 days. Now I'm wondering is it acceptable or I have to renew my passport?

I've sent it to Mississauga. But with the updated checklist I had to send it to Sydney.

Four weeks have passed and it doesn't get sent back yet. But with the updated checklist, I have to send my application to Sydney Instead of Mississauga.

I have called customer service several times. They just reply that they are investigating what happened to my package.
