supervisor requirement help

Hi everyone I applied under CEC category and sadly the immigration officer did not believe that I perform the position of a Supervisor. My question is their any requirement number of staff a supervisor should supervise. Please help i need to send a letter of explanation. Godbless

might help if you gave some more information here on your supervisor job role/NOC for forum feedback. Possibly might be that your resume/job responsibilities as you laid out were not comprehensive enough in content.

You will need to convince immigration that your supervisory role is significant enough and at a reasonable pay grade to support an application under NOC 6315 responsibilities which entails more than making sure cleaners do their work http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=6&val1=6315&val65=*

So it will all come down to fact that your responsibilities in supervising just 3 people and not a whole department or organisation in a skilled role as per the NoC is the issue.

I send my explanation letter last week the VO gave me 30 days to explain and gathered evidences as possible to support my claim but i failed to explain in my letter that I supervise only three people although I have explained the duties and responsibilities ( in daily basis, in my own words). I haven't received any reply yet.
I was worried when someone tells me that there are requirements on how many staff a cleaning supervisor should supervised. Does anybody here know about it. I don't find or read this requirement in CIC. Thanks for your help

There is no specific number, there is only what the NOC says -

Just a guess, but you probably did not do enough of the duties for the VO to accept the NOC.

Fairness Letter (30 days to send explanation given by VO)

Hi there!
I hope those who have the same experience/ case like me that was given 30 days to send an explanation letterby the VO how long it takes to receive the reply. I send my explanation letter together with some supporting documents to prove my claims, it has been three weeks now. Very stressful, I am waiting for his final decision. Please pray for me.

August 30, 2016 received a letter from immigration officer he was not satisfied that I qualify for immigration because of my work experience

Sept 14 I send my letter of explanation..
I haven't received any reply yet

The general guideline is the total processing times that the IRCC posts on their website. Any correspondence in between can be any number of days.

I know of cases where the officer responded back in under 10 day and then for others, it took well over 2/3 months.
