Supervisa refusal

I applied for the Supervisa for my parents in May but got refused.

According to the refusal letter: "You have failed to demonstrate that your child/grandchild meets the LICO requirements for a family size, and/or did not indicate your host’s family size "
As I know the LICO 2023 for 5 people is $57,988 and our family income is 90K, also already mentioned in the invitation letter that we have 3 people in our household.

After I received the refusal letter, I submitted an inquiry through the webform and resubmitted the documents like our T1, invitation letter.

Until now, I haven't heard back or received any feedback from the IRCC.

Please help and should I just apply again? Or just submit another inquiry through the webform.

Any suggestions or examples of inquiry letters?

Did you submit NOAs? That is what IRCC wants. Ask for reconsideration with NOAs.

As mentioned you need your NOA’S from the T1 you submitted. A copy of your T1 means nothing . The IRCC doesn’t even know if you’ve submitted your T1. The NOA is proof you’ve submitted it and it has been ASSESSED by the CRA .

Im in same situation can anyone help me understand this,
My mom's super visa application got rejected, Applied 22nd July 2023.
* Your child or grandchild's household income does not meet the minimum required
income from 2021/2022
.
I have invited her and my annual income is $68,000. And number of family members including applicant my mom I mentioned 5 members.( my self, my wife 2kids + my mom who I invited) as per LICO for family of 5 it's only $57,988 my current annual income is well above that.
Documents I have submitted in support to financial status.
Current Employer letter stating annual income and job duties.
Pay stubs last 3 months(6 pay stabs)
T4's current employer and previous employer's
NOA 2022.
Bank statements.
Here I should I have to meet the minimum required income for years 2021 and 2022 as well.?

I combined the NOA and T1 together and then submitted.
