Hello,

I am applying supervisa for my mom (India). I am meeting the LOC cutoff for 2021 and 2022. However, as I entered Canada in 2020, I didn't have any income for 2020.

My question is :
  1. Should I attach all 3 NOA from last 3 years i.e. 2020, 2021, 2022 when filing Supervisa Application OR the most recent NOA from 2023 will work ?
Please note - the CIC website says

Submit one of the following documents:
  • a copy of the most recent notice of assessment
    • If the child or grandchild does not have a paper copy of their notice of assessment on file, they can view and print their tax returns as well as other personal tax information using the Canada Revenue Agency My Account online service.
Thanks in advance,
MD

it is for a super visa so just one year (2023) is fine.

They refused my father’s supervisa today due to not meeting cutoff in 2021
Cutoff for what? You would be using 2022 NOA. What did refusal letter say? How many in your family and what is your income.

If you meet LICO for 2022 then reapply.
