Hey Guys

I have applied supervisa for my mother on 2023 Jun with upfront medical. Haven't heard anything from them, my web form request got a generic response in Nov 2023.

Suddenly, today I got a request letter stating the below.

This is in reference to your online application for a temporary resident visa. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
 Client Information: Our records indicate that you require additional examinations in order to complete your medical assessment and the due date has passed. Please provide evidence that you are in compliance with your panel physician with respect to your medical furtherance. The above information/documents must be received in our office within 10 days from the date of this letter. You must upload the requested documents/information by using your IRCC secure account within the time frame indicated above.

I have absolutely no clue what they requested and when they requested it. Have no communication from IRCC (to our emails or in the account). What I understand from above is that they need further tests and we need get them done. How to find out what tests should we get done?

Appreciate any insights on the above or if anyone faced similar challenge.

Yes! I did. Unfortunately. cannot find anything. They gave a deadline of 10 days to provide the docs or reasons. I am planning to contact our local medical center to see if they have any information, but very hard get information from them.
