Supervisa insurance duration

My mother will be visiting me on super visa next month and plans to stay for 2 years. For medical insurance, is it okay to buy for 1 year duration and then renew it or shall we buy it for her entire stay? She might return a little early, so I was wondering if one year is sufficient or not.

You need to provide only 1 year insurance coverage minimum 100000 dollar

You can only do 1 year at a time. If there are large claims then you may not be able to get supervisa insurance for the next year and will have to return home.
