Hello - I have a question about applying for supervisa for my parents. Can I fill out/submit the Super visa application for them directly with the necessary details/documents, or if I do, do they need to sign Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) for it?. Any advice/inputs on how any of you handled super visa application for your parents would be very helpful. Many thanks

If you will be filling out, submitting the application on there behalf and acting as their representative (replying to ADRs etc) you should fill out this form.
However if you are only helping them fill out the forms and they will submit them under thier own accounts and you'd only like to be kept apprised of the status then fill out IMM 5475.
