Hello,

I would like to apply for super visa for my mom but I don't have much money saved.
I am single and make around 45k a year. I can definitely take care of my mom when she's here.
Would she be rejected if I don't provide my bank statement?

Thanks in advance.

You don't need to show your bank account.. I recently applied for supervise for my parents and only showed them a letter from my employer.. You can also show them your Notice of Assessment..

bank statement is not required, its just a supporting doc

do u mind to tell me, did u apply online or paper application?

Ok that's great. Thanks so much. I feel relieved. Does my mom have to show her bank statement?

Any bank statement is a supporting document. Although your yearly income (with NOA) is the main factor for Super Visa; the VO can deny an application on any ground (i.e. insufficient fund, weak family ties, travel history etc.). After all, Super Visa is just another kind of visitor visa.

From my experience it is ties to country of origin that get the most rejection. Mind you just had a client from the Caribbean denied due to policy report. I think in certain jurisdictions they run police reports as part of the process for visa's.
