Supervisa extension

Hi guys,

my parents arrived here on a supervisa in August 2019 and were granted a two year entry. I want to extend their stay, my understanding is it must be submitted 30 days before their status expires. My issue is that the immigration website recommends submitting this earlier than that due to long processing times. How early should I file for the extension?

You can submit it at anytime before expiry. 30 days is a recommendation. I'd advice you to submit it at least a few weeks before expiry of their status.
