Supervisa extension

hello everyone
My mother came here in 2017 and she is on Supervisa then after 2 years I applied for extension she got medical request but after one day got approval for 6 months only extension now for next time extension she needs to exit country or she can extend or she can go to USa and enter again . I also applied her h and c application . I have no slur what to do ???

I would recommend that she apply for an extension from within Canada and mention that she has an H&C application in progress. If she leaves Canada, there is no guarantee she will be allowed back in.

I remember your case. If I remember correctly, your mom was approved after three TRV refusals although she had a business and other ties. If I remember correctly again, I think you have a brother who lives with his family in India. So just curious to know the grounds of your mom's H&C application

Yes , I read that grand parents can also apply under that grounds rest I don’t know may be they will refuse it !!!

As your child has both its parents to ensure it receives its best interests, your mom doesn't qualify for H&C for your baby's interests. Her prolonged stay could be viewed as wanting to taking care of your baby. She also may not be eligible for any of the typical H&C grounds for a parent.

Ideally, it would have helped if your mom had to return to India for several months and then re-entered for a new stay.

If her H&C is refused, she would find it next to impossible to get a temporary resident visa in the future to return
