i don't know that...the letter just says we have acknowledged your request and your application is processing properly.

i think its general message. My review of eligibility has not even started. My status as of today:

"the letter says my application is in process and is proceeding normally. and that the number of visitor visa application from clients wanting to visit canada at the same time as my parents is large."

i think they are trying to say my application is going slow because of many number of applicants and to not to worry.

oh, sorry, that was acknowledgement letter. in the correspondence letter that my parents received today, CIC has validated the biometric information they got. its like this

"Thank you for providing your biometric information (i.e. digital fingerprints and photograph) in
support of your temporary resident application to Canada. The purpose of this letter is to notify
you that your biometric information is valid until (2029/mm/dd) for subsequent
temporary resident applications to Canada."
