Super Visa

Hi,

I'm not sure if we have this thread so I am starting a new one.

I applied my mom's super visa a little over a month ago and I still haven't heard anything from CIC.

I was expecting Medical Exam or some update.

Is it normal timeline?
She is in Canada by the way. Came from visa exempt country.

You need to apply for a supervisa while out of Canada.
