my parents have visit visa valid till Dec end 2017. I m planning to bring them to Canada by mid Nov.2017 and apply for super visa within Canada. (since they are helpless to do it on their own) so do I need to apply for extension of their visa? or the 6 months validity of their entry is ok?.. they have plans to exit after 4 months of entry (doctors appointment)please suggest....also the correct forms for super visa.

Passports will expire after 5yrs
Your parents will most probably be allowed to stay for 6 months. One month before their visitor status expires, you can apply to extend their stay/their visitor status.

TRVs allow them to travel to/board the flights to Canada. But, their actual stay can be beyond than the expiry of the TRVs depending on the CBSA officer they meet at the POE/later on CPC-Vegreville when they apply to extend their visitor status.

You cannot apply to extend their TRVs. A new TRV must be applied from scratch from a visa office outside Canada.

As for super visas, they would need to apply for it from their home country

My parents came to Canada on 02 Febuary 2016 on a super visa(Valid for 10 years) , and had there medical insurance done for 1 year(Standard period) and stayed here for 9 months and left back to stay in India for more than 6 months now . And now they want to come back to Canada , do they have to undergo the medical exam again.

This question is not regarding Medical Insurance, its regarding MEDICAL EXAM.
