Hi my mother hav 6 months trv visa single entry,she is in canada right now we are 5 members in family our income is around 60,000.can we apply super visa for my mother within inside canada.pls reply

Is it 5 members including your mom? You must include your mom when you calculate LICO.

Yes, you meet LICO. However, she must apply for her super visa from India

As far as i know, super visa has to be applied from outside canada. And the income levels seems to be with in the permissible limits (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5482Eguide.asp).

your question has already been answered in this thread: No, she cannot apply for a super visa from within Canada. She must apply from India.
