Hi everyone,

Can anyone please assist me on super visa issue ??Is that possible that we can change Conditions or Status after gettin super visa.In simple words can we apply for immigration under family class while we live in canada on Super visa.

You can apply to sponsor your parents while they are visiting Canada on a super visa. However there is no "in Canada" processing for parent sponsorships. So their application will be processed through the visa office in their home country. Note that the cap has already been reached this year for parent / grandparent sponsorship applications.

Hi. i applied for my mom's super visa by online. she did her medical & sent her passport.

now online status from 2 days it shows file has been approved but didnt say anything when they will send passport?

i cant see tracking number on mycic account.

please help me how can i find out either they sent passport yet or not?

Hi All,

I have submitted my parents super visa application yesterday and I got the letter for biometrics collection. Is it possible to do the upfront medical examination now even after submitting the application or I'll need to wait until further communication for medical exam from IRCC.

want to reduce their travel for medical examination and they will be traveling for biometrics.

Please suggest if someone have gone through with this situation.

My parents granted super visa and last night my mother reached to Delhi airport to fly to Canada. But Air canada denied boarding with the comments that your passport and visa is not matching in the data base. They contacted CBSA also and the also replied that she can not board. While everything is perfect on the passport. But their system not allowing. I called Canada high commission Delhi office and they told that they don’t do anything in this case and you need to contact IRCC.
Any suggestion will greatly help of any one came across this issue. Whom to contact, how to contact to get backend issue fixed.
