Hello Experts
I am filing Super visa for my mother (widowed).
I read multiple posts on the forum where for widowed mothers visitor visa was rejected because they were financially dependent on their child in Canada. And VO had sufficient doubt that the mothers wont return.
While we are filing super visa for my mother (not visitor), I wanted to ensure that VO has sufficient details on my mother's financial situation.
She is drawing family pension - equivalent of 300 $CAD / month
She has liquid cash / assets - 24K CAD
immovable property - equivalent of 300KCAD
Questions -
- Where do I upload these details. In the checklist I don't see any place for client financial documents ?
- Do you think above mentioned numbers can caution visa office?
- Do you think we need to get a valuation certificate from a CA - including our property details in home country?
