Super visa & Visitor Visa Query

Hi everyone!

Hope all of you are doing well. I am planning to submit a super-visa application for my parents in the coming week and while the process for that is straight forward, I also want my younger sister to come visit us too.

I am just kind of confused as to how I should approach this. Will submitting a visa application (sponsoring) her at the same time of super-visa application for my parents will create any issues? She is currently an undergrad student in her 1st year and plans to finish her 4 year program over there (Fees have been paid and will be taking a univ approved leave). My dad bears all of her financial responsibilities so she is not dependent on anyone else. Also she is the only one who takes care of my parents back home (all of my siblings live outside the country) so I think I can build a strong case for her that she will be returning back.

I am just confused should I submit both super-visa and visit visa application together or not? Thank you.

So they apply for a supervisa is you meet LICO. They need to pass medical and get one year of health insurance. Your sister applies with father’s funds, travel history and ties to return (paid tuition, school registration, job).

If your parents apply for a supervisa and your sister wants to travel with them there can be concerns that your sister is trying to visit longterm with your parents. Culturally it would be unusual for your sister to return home and remain there alone to study while your parents visited Canada. What will happen once she graduates? Your sister isn’5 guaranteed the ability to visit Canada but especially for a long visit given her minimal ties to her home country. No property, funds, job, etc. What is your goal in term of your parent’s visit and your sister? How long do they each want to visit? Have they attempted to apply for a trv

So this is the thing, they will only be visiting for maximum 2 months this year because dad can't be away for too long from his business and my sister will only be getting a month max vacation from her Univ.

No, they haven't applied for a trv. I know its probably a tad difficult for my sister to get a visa but wanted to try nonetheless as my parents can't leave her alone either back home.
