Its mentioned on CIC Website

Applications received after the maximum has been met may have to wait longer to be processed.

May be their quota for the year is over ?

ANY DECEMBER APPLICANTS??

Missed your last comments. what you mean from limit you need only 2 for your parents and your parents in laws. As long your income is okie I dont think there is any issue.

Congrats guys on progress. We need some guidance:

We planning to apply Online for supervisa while parents visit US. Can anyone share whether there is specific instruction mentioned regarding location for the following?

1- Biometrics
2- Medical test centre
3- Passport submission? [assuming it should be US offices at Los Angeles or NewYork]

Also, how do the assign the visa office based on online application? Permanent address would still be Pakistan, since they will be visiting for few months. Please advice and guide.

Thanks Badar, it seems we can give medical anywhere in the world irrespective of type of application. However there is some confusion, on one link it mentions TRV applying within US should be online.

"If you are applying from within the United States, submit your application online.

Otherwise, select the visa office that serves your country of residence, your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted to learn of the options available to you."
Where as VAC (NY and LA) only accept paper applications. It wont be feasible to travel to NY LA just for biometrics, I read on forum that there are Application Support Centers in US that do biometrics for US citizenship.

Also, can someone clarify how the visa office is determined when applying online? should we mention current address as US? and what happens when they request for passport submission. Would that be to LA or NY office or to Islamabad office?
