Here is the list of documents I attached:
1. Notarized invitation letter. In which I took oath that I will support them financially and they will abide by the Canadian laws and visa policy and rules
2. Affidavit created by my parents stating that they have no intention to breach any Canadian law. And that they have strong ties in Pakistan they are looking to return to Pakistan and have no intention of staying more than what they are permitted to.
3. I stated in my letter that I have a dependent brother emphasizing my parents ties to Pakistan. Attached his university card, fee payment details etc.
4. My pay stubs
5. My Notice of assessment 2016
6. My Option C 2016
7. My T4 2015
8. I had taken up a new job in January 2016, so I attached a waiver of probationary period from my employer in case they have any concerns that I don’t have a permanent job and what not, or if I am still on probation.
9. My bank account Balance Statement
10. Bank account balance statement of my parents
11. Letter from my father’s bank confirming that the account is under my father’s name and he has been maintaining it for X amount of time.
12. Partnership deed of father’s business
13. Medical Insurance Details
14. My Birth Certificate for proof of relationship
15. Job offer letters and contracts as I mentioned before as well, I had switched jobs this year so wanted to make sure I provide them information of my previous and current jobs both!
16. My citizenship card

I also researched on this topic, and could not find much info, what i gathered is there is no time limit for first entry, but it is preferred to make and entry with in 6 months.

Chest Xray, Urine test. there might be additional tests if parents have some medical history like diabetics any surgeries, blood pressure etc.

My dad had a 3 yr visit visa before that got expired without him visiting once. So in the current situation, should I go for a visit visa for both of them or Super visa? which one is faster and beneficial with higher chances of approval?

I think Visit visa will be faster but Super visa will have more chances if you met the eligibility criteria for super visa sponsor.

Thanks for your response, I have one more question did IOM take any blood samples for your parents during Medical examination, the appointment letter says the client might have to undress as they will be inspecting the skin. Do they really do that ?

I submitted it last week monday.
As i submitted paper application.
How long it would take to get an answer or they would reply me back by email?
