I applied Super visa for my father in Bangladesh. The timeline is as below:

Yesterday on 09-March-2020 I saw my MIL online application updated but when I checked inside there was no change. Then it changed to submitted as usual. What you think guys.

Be patient. Was your wife able to to submit her NOA showing LICO?

Read your past posts. You likely don’t qualify for a Supervisa for your MIL since you only started working in late 2019. Savings do not count and neither does income when you were abroad.

Hi did you apply online or paper application. I am on the verge of submitting the documents and not able to decide if i should do online or paper application.
Do you mind sharing the list of any extra documents you submitted apart from the one mentioned on the website to make your file stronger.

Read your past posts. You likely don’t qualify for a Supervisa for your MIL since you only started working in late 2019. Savings do not count and neither does income when you were abroad.

It is not mentioned any where that we need to work for certain time. The only requirement is T4 or NOA should be equal to or greater than LICO.
I have seen some cases who start work at the end of year and their T4 was below LICO but the attached employment letter and paystub and got approval.
So I had done the same thing. Lets hope for the best.

Mine was an online application, it's always faster than paper-based application.

Hello could plz tell me when u did upfront medical exam did panel ask for 1017 form .. my mother she will do upfront exam but she does not have this 1017 form . Thank u
